Life after Contiki...?

Hey guys! Just a quick update on what I did after the Contiki Adventure ended. So we know what happened Monday; most of us caught up for drinks at the Royal National Pub! Wish we ALL got to get together, but sadly, some of us left early.

Anyways, for the next few days, I hung out with Laura, Leesa, Brandon and Andrew (from the other Contiki group - not our 'F$%#ing Paro' Andy!) Other things we did weree Madame Tussauds and Windsor Castle, but I'm waiting to borrow photos from those places as I didn't take any!

Here's a few little pics :-)

Cheers!

MONDAY NIGHT SHENANIGAN'S:

Jo and Andrew (our Andrew). On the Monday night back in London - apparently these guys were flirty through the whole adventure! I must have been sleeping :-)

Gary, and Kym in the background. Think we may have pressured him into 'downing' a few beers by the looks of his grin!

2 lovely Canadians; Carol and Laura.

Jakub! The man!

TUESDAY:

Andrew, Leesa, Laura, and Me. Riding on the top of a double decker 'Big Bus' doing a tour around London. We had a REALLY 'full-on' tour guy that was overly passionate about 'his' city! Bit rude actually!

Trapped in a London phonebox - I must say, the people waiting to use it were being very patient ;-)

A nice shot I thought! Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament.

One of Salvador Dali's 'Melting Clocks'.

Here's one of his pictures so you can get an idea of his works :-)

WEDNESDAY:

A view from the London Eye; Me, Laura, Andrew, Leesa, and Brandon's friend Brett.

Her majesty's 'Changing of the Guards'.

You might need to click on this image and enlarge it - Laura pointing to a sign in Harrods, proving that at least SOMEONE in Europe calls a toilet a 'washroom' lol...

THURSDAY:

Stonehenge: The standing stones of England. They were approximately completed in 15ooBC and took over 2 Centuries to build!

The Roman Baths, in Bath. The top pic is the excavated remains of what used to be a Sauna Room. Hot air would go between the standing pillars, and heat the floor which used to lay on top.

FRIDAY:

Some lady in an airport shop! Laura and I made it a challenge to try and make random strangers smile and wave as we took photos of them throughout Europe :-)

Waiting for the plane home... Ciao Bella.
